My EPC Partner is a trading style of Always There Ltd (company no. 09870968, registered office 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX), which is the data controller for this site.

What we collect

The contact form collects the details you enter: name, agency, email, phone, portfolio size, and your message. The site sets no marketing or analytics cookies.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to deliver the assessment and works you instruct. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing. Portfolio data shared by agents is additionally covered by our signed Portfolio Data Agreement, including non-solicitation and deletion on request.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't proceed are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as legally required for tax and warranty purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time: office1@always-there.com. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
